Customer Satisfaction and Returns
Customer satisfaction is our priority at Aha Neon®. Whether you need to return or exchange your order, we're here to assist you every step of the way.
Aha Neon® Warranty
- A 12-month warranty covers electrical components for indoor and outdoor Aha Neon® products under appropriate usage.
- Indoor Signs are not suitable for outdoor use or exposure to moisture, which voids the warranty.
- Resolution for faulty signs is determined on a case-by-case basis between Aha Neon® and the purchaser.
Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs
- Aha Neon® does not cover installation or uninstallation costs.
- In case of a presumed fault, we may request photos/videos for diagnosis and may require the sign to be returned.
- Fault determination for hard-wired signs is at our discretion.
Defective Products
- Aha Neon® takes responsibility for incorrect, carrier-damaged, or defective products.
- Contact customer support for prompt resolution and a positive shopping experience.
Returns Procedure
- Email support@ahaneon.com to initiate a return with videos and photos of the issue.
- Include receipt or proof of purchase. Customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging within 30 days.
- Agreed returns will be refunded or replaced accordingly.
Faulty Neon Signs
- Within 30 days, email support@ahaneon.com with photos/videos of the faulty sign, name, and order number.
- Eligible for a free replacement or partial refund based on damage assessment.
Customer Remorse
- Cancel orders promptly at support@ahaneon.com before production starts for a full refund.
- Once in production or shipped, only partial refunds are possible.
Damaged in Transit
- Inspect and report damages within 30 days to support@ahaneon.com with photos of the sign, outer box damage, and shipping label.
Lost, Missing & Stolen Signs
- We use a secure shipping service requiring a signature. Opting out waives responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
Return Shipping Costs
- Aha Neon® covers return shipping for defective products. Customer errors or changes incur return costs.
